Gordon is by far our longest serving employee and absolutely essential to the day to day production of name badges and decals requiring resin, he also custom manufactures wooden products of all description and design.

When we say we are Creators of world class sporting and corporate awards we really mean it…having made some of the most beautiful international awards and trophies, including the ANZ Championship cup, World Netball Championship medals, WRC trophies and Medals and details on the V8 Super cars Mark Porter memorial trophy just to name a few.
It is no easy feat to produce trophies of such a high quality but our aim is to produce everything we make at this level and to always be striving for improvement…
How is this possible I hear you ask? Firstly we use and employ highly trained staff, without great staff members we would not be able to exist at all. From highly qualified Designers to the most experienced Resin technician and Screen printer in New Zealand the quality of staff here at Emblems is truly exceptional.
Secondly we have a unit based training program, which all engravers starting at Emblems New Zealand are immediately introduced to, including extremely stringent quality control procedures and self improvement protocols. Even the training manual itself is subject to “Kaizen” or development through a continued series of small improvements.
This is why we are never happy to rest on our past achievements but always looking at newer improved techniques and designs.
